This was one of the more special projects I worked on with Hanse Golf Design. Not only was the landscape spectacular, set between enormous live oak trees, desert vegetation, and white sand, but the match play design has proven to be immensely enjoyable and very well liked. Ohoopee Match Club debuted at #98 in the world 100 ranking by Golf Magazine in 2018 and has since risen to #81 in the world in 2023.

The images at the end of this section were all photographed by the author at various stages of the project over my nine months on site. I presented this photographic work to the owner Michael Walrath and he used all of these images to decorate the clubhouse and cabins throughout the property.
